  • 調査対象としたWebサイト
    日本取引所グループの上場銘柄一覧に含まれている企業 3,722 社(前月末時点)の公式企業Webサイトを調査対象にしています。Pro Marketは対象外としました。
  • 調査期間
    2021年6月30日
  • 調査方法
    webtru を用いたクローリングによる調査を実施しました。クローリングは、調査対象のウェブサイトにおける同一ドメインの10ページを対象とし、ウェブサイト閲覧時に発生している「ドメインが異なるURLへのHTTPリクエスト」からサービスを特定しています。(特許取得済み)そのため、ウェブサイト管理者が明示的に利用をしていないサービスについても検出が可能です。

    42カテゴリ 1,300種類以上のサービスをウェブサイトから検出し、ご指定のサービスを利用しているURLリストを販売しています。ご購入希望の方は、 「URLリスト購入希望」の旨を明記の上、 お問合せ ください。

レポート作成の背景

デジタル・マーケティングにおいて、パーソナルデータ活用により企業活動を促進すべく様々なWebサービスが世界中で提供されています。これらWebサービスは、Google社が提供するGoogleアナリティクス（上場企業3,778社において約92％の導入率 ）に代表されるように、日常的にパーソナルデータを収集し活用されています。

これらパーソナルデータ活用の透明性という観点では、経済産業省のガイドラインや、一般社団法人日本インタラクティブ広告協会のガイドラインなどにおいて、企業がデータ活用の実態について消費者（利用者）に対してわかり易く説明されたコンテンツを提供する際の基準が紹介されています。また、欧州で施行されるEU一般データ保護規則では、Cookieなどに保存されるオンライン識別子は取得公表義務のある個人データであると明確に定義されており、今後欧州とのビジネスにおいて法令に遵守する上でデータ活用の実態を把握する必要性が高まっています。

しかしながら、その実態（仕組み・データの流れ・PiggyBack等による第三者とのデータ共有）といったことはあまり知られていないというのが課題でもあります。

オンラインプライバシーの取り組みを改善したい

DataSignは、企業や消費者が安心してデータを管理・活用できる世界の実現を目指し2016年に設立されました。

パーソナルデータを活用していく上で、前述のようなガイドラインを遵守したとしても「第三者へのデータ送信の実態」をリアルタイムに特定し、それらの「オプトアウト手段の提供」といった運用をし続けるのは、相応の労力を要しますので、企業にとってはあまり望ましいことではありません。

こうした課題を解決するためのサービスwebtruを開発・提供する過程において、様々なWebサービスがどのようにデータを収集し、オプトアウト等の仕組みを提供しているのかを独自調査しています。この独自調査による収集データに基づき、Webサービスにおけるパーソナルデータ活用の実態把握と、オンラインプライバシー運用への取り組みが改善されることを目的として本レポートを作成致しました。

DataSignではWebサービス利用実態調査を定期的に公表し、今後も様々な切り口からレポートを公表してまいります。
